ContactGlove2

A hand-tracked VR controller with haptic feedback. High-precision hand tracking and the unique Haptic® Reactor deliver an overwhelming sense of immersion. Compatible with SteamVR.

Magnetra2

An exoskeleton controller module that can be attached to the ContactGlove2. It greatly improves operability and offers the following features:

  • Allows for more precise and natural movements.
  • The hinge mechanism keeps your hands free when needed.

It provides both high operability and a sense of immersion even in hands-free mode.

About size (Magnetra2)

Magnetra2 has a built-in position adjustment mechanism that allows it to be attached to all existing ContactGlove2s in S/M/L sizes and fine-tune the panel position.

Features no longer supported (compared to CG2)

The following features that were available on the previous model (ContactGlove2 / CG2) are not provided with this product.
If you plan to develop your own integrations or external connections, please review this point before purchase. If you require extensive software integration features or support for VR / robotics / AI development, please consider adopting "ContactGlove3 Pro."

  • Generic protocol communication: The software does not include the function to send and receive data over a port using a generic (general-purpose) protocol.
  • Unity SDK / Unreal Engine SDK / Motion Builder Plugin / ROS2 SDK/VMC Protocol: These are not included with this product.

About supported OS

Our integration software "DivingStation" supports Windows only. We do not provide support for other operating systems.

Using as a VR controller

To use this product as a VR controller, a tracker is required to obtain the position of your hands. Please check and purchase the trackers separetly and related devices compatible with the tracking system you wish to use. *Trackers and related devices are third-party products.

When using Lighthouse / SteamVR Tracking (2.0)

- SteamVR Base Station 2.0 (1.0)

- Two compatible trackers (Tundra Tracker / VIVE Tracker 3.0)

*VIVE Tracker (2018) can be attached but is not recommended.

For (VIVE) 6DoF inside-out tracking

- Two compatible trackers (VIVE Tracker Ultimate)

*A dedicated mounter for the VIVE Tracker Ultimate is sold separately.

Safety precautions

This product generates an alternating magnetic field during operation. People who use an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker, and people around them, must not use this product. Keep IC cards and other magnetic cards at least 1.5 m away during use.

Shipping schedule

Items marked "In stock" are usually shipped within three business days after your order (weekends, public holidays, and the year-end/New-Year period are not counted as business days). Items marked "Ships in early/mid/late [month]" are pre-order items scheduled to ship at the stated time. *If you purchase multiple products at the same time, your order will be shipped together with the item that has the latest delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty Information

The warranty is valid for one year after the product is shipped.
We will repair or replace, free of charge, any defect caused by our design or manufacturing, or any defect otherwise deemed attributable to us. In accordance with the warranty terms, a repair fee may be charged for defects or damage deemed to have been caused by the user.
